Creativity is what industry is lacking.

Since years it is believed that the boys have the accountability to run the family or business irrespective he likes it or not, irrespective whether he wants to do something imaginative or of his own. Creativity is not a requirement, it cannot be accomplished. It is an “x” factor which every soul has with his birth. 80% of the people don’t realize this “x” factor and survive like a routine. There are only the minority who listen to their hearts and think out of the box.

Creativity is introduced most when u have to attain the output with less resources. For instance, we see a poor man trying to earn for his livelihood by selling tea. His house is that where we see creativity. As an option for more income he collects logs of wood and tries making it to something useful. He grows to be a carpenter, plumber and a technician at his house. He utilizes all his ideas to go through it. When it comes to business, the same dealings and traditions come true.

It is said that you may not be perfect in all things but something cannot be perfect without you.

As more and more entrepreneurs were born, the scenario changed. At present a person, who has even a decent amount of money, opt for entrepreneurship as they have the panorama to decide what they want to do. This is what the company lacks.

Utilizing their creativity there are many creators have dared to change the vision of doing things in an incredible manner. We can consider Steve Jobs, where he utilized his creativity to get a new innovation. Nobody had ever thought that a metal plate like think sheet could be used for nearly all the applications and reach anywhere in the world. This is what creativity is all about.
